US ORDERS:

All items are made to order. Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days after order is placed. All items are shipped through the United States Postal Service, from our warehouse in California. Once shipped, delivery is typically 3-5 business days within the continental US and 3-7 days for Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories. Delivery times are not guaranteed but are a good general estimate to go by. Products in our “zayline on demand program” are only made when it is ordered. Made from scratch and ready to ship in 3-6 days. This is done in an effort to reduce our carbon footprint.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

International orders are shipped via International First Class Mail. We pack and ship within 2 business days and shipping to your country generally is expected to take 1-2 weeks for delivery. We cannot guarantee an estimated delivery date for international orders. International shipping times can vary greatly depending on customs processing within your country.

 

International buyers are responsible for any and all customs charges that may are brought on during customs clearance. Zayline will not be held responsible for any customs duties or fees. Customs fees and duties are NOT included in the shipping cost! We have no control over the issuance of customs fees or duties. If you have questions about possible fees or delays please contact your local customs office for further details. Once your package is picked up by USPS we have no control over shipping times and do not guarantee international ship times.

  • US Shipping - $5.49.
  • Free standard shipping on all US orders above $50.
  • International shipping $7.95+

 

NOTES:

  • Please note that on rare occasion, some orders may be delayed by 1-2 days due to high volume sales during holiday seasons or high volume sales due to promotions. *Although this is very rare*, this may occur without notice. However, if you need your order shipped for delivery on a certain date, simply convo us after your order is placed and let us know. We will happily do our best to push your order to the head of production to meet your needs upon request!

 

  • If you choose Fedex Express Shipping at checkout, this is a 2 business day service. Be sure to allow time for us to custom print and process your order as well as 2 business days for transit. Fedex Express does not deliver on weekends so you cannot include Saturdays and Sundays as transit days for shipping.

 

  • Please kindly understand that we cannot be held liable for USPS, Fedex or UPS deliveries that are delayed due to unforeseen weather conditions, delays due to excessive holiday mail traffic that may lead to driver shortages or time constraints imposed on being able to deliver on time, etc. Particularly during holiday seasons, on occasion, deliveries may be delayed as mail couriers are struggling to keep up with the rise in holiday mail. Although very rare, it can happen on occasion, so we always suggest giving yourself a little wiggle room to allow for those rare hiccups to occur.

 

  • If you place your order with the wrong address or wrong item and then request that our staff changes the shipping address, item, color or size, we will make those changes to the best of our abilities. We cannot be held liable for address change requests made after purchasing that do not ship to the newly requested address(es). We also cannot be held liable for style, size or color change requests made after purchasing that did not change after a request was made. It is the responsibility of the buyer to enter in all correct information during checkout to ensure that their orders arrive as they desire.

 

  • Any packages returned to us by USPS for an incomplete or incorrect address will be held until additional postage is paid for by the customer for reshipment of the order. This includes situations where our shipping carriers have deemed that the address provided is inaccurate.

 

  • Any Packages that are marked as delivered by USPS or FedEx are considered delivered and are out of our hands. Please contact your local office for information on how to file a claim on the package. It is imperative that our wonderful customers track each package that is sent out and make sure they notify us immediately of any issues.

 

  • Most shirts will need to be washed before wearing as the pretreatment process can leave markings on the shirt that will need to be washed out. Please plan your orders accordingly and have your orders arrive in enough time for you to wash and dry them for any event or occasion needed.

 

  • If you purchase an express listing and we request via email for you to contact us back after the upgrade has been purchased but fail to let us know, we cannot be held responsible for not shipping your order in the manner promised. It is your responsibility to contact us directly after ordering your express shipping upgrade so that customer service is aware and can promptly inform the warehouse to ship on time with the upgrade purchased.

 

  • We cannot be held responsible for standard or express packages that experience carrier delays from USPS, Fedex or UPS as this cannot be predicted or helped by our company. We also cannot be held responsible for packages that are stolen or lost after proof of delivery. We appreciate your understanding.

 

  • If your order contains a provided address that is inaccurate or if you simply wish to change the address, we will do our very best to accommodate your address change request although we cannot guarantee the change can occur. On the same note, we cannot be held responsible for non-deliveries or delays that occur when incorrect addresses are provided during the checkout process.
